Special Occasions of Melbourne offers quality rental equipment at reasonable prices. All of our products are well maintained and cleaned after each use. We pride ourselves in offering timely deliveries and reliable service. In addition to offering standard rental equipment we offer a variety of decorative pieces such as beautiful table linens, centerpieces, silk arrangements, and so much more. We are always adding to our inventory so if you don’t see what you need give us a call.

Rental Policies
 

All rental items are listed for daily rates.

Two day rental rate is 1.5 x daily rate
Three day to 1 week renal is 2 x daily rate

Rentals are for time out not time used.

All linens must be free of food, glitter, candle wax, and other debris in order to avoid additional cleaning charge. If linens are stained beyond cleaning renter is responsible for replacement cost.

All rental items must be returned in the same condition they were received. A cleaning charge will be charged for rentals returned unclean.

Planning is key. Make sure you have arranged for all the items you will need ahead of time. If driver has to return to delivery additional items an additional delivery fee will be charged.

Delivery fee is for items to be delivered. This does not include setting items up. Arrangements where items will be dropped off must be made ahead of time.

Set-up is an additional cost.

All event planning and decorating services are an additional cost and are handle separate from our party rental services.
